What is Saba publisher professional edition version 10.3?

Hi all,
First of all please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong forum.
One of our customers is using "Saba publisher professional edition version 10.3" to develop eLearning courses and that is Lectora based. I heard this for the first time that SABA LMS has such thing. I wanted to know which Lectora version it uses to develop courses?
Please let me know if my question is not clear.

I think it goes like this:
Saba Publisher 6 = Lectora 2006
Saba Publisher 7 = Lectora 2008
Saba Publisher 8 = Lectora 9
Saba Publisher 9 = Lectora X
Saba Publisher 10.3 = Lectora 11.3 aka the latest Lectora.
I also think Saba Publisher Desktop is the same as Lectora Publisher plus integration with Saba LCMS (e.g. ability to push content directly to Saba), so the project files should be compatible. Keep in mind that there's Saba Publisher Online (based on.. yes, Lectora Online, good guess) as well.
