What is best practice for moving content from one template to another?

I have a significant number of courses that must be imported into a new template. What is the most efficient way to do this?

undefined Can you help with this please? Changes were made to overall size, backgrounds, Text Styles, Page Layouts, and the position/size of many other elements that are standard in our courses. Thanks.
