I cannot say that I'm also having this problem, so I'm no source of comfort for you.
I will say that since these forums only sort by the originating time and not by the last post time, that this message has been lost as soon as it hit the second page. This will continue to be a problem until the issue is fixed.
As much as I hate suggesting that a new topic be created, that may be a surer way to get someone to see your plight.
