Vista Error with Lectora-produced app

Our developer produced a piece of software for us using Lectora. We distributed the app and never had any problems - not even with Vista. Until just recently. Some of our clients are reporting a Vista error:"Lectora viewer application has stopped working." This error appears whether the user is trying to run one or multiple instances of the app, whether or not he/she has rebooted recently, even after temp files have been deleted. The users in question are using various editions of Vista, including Enterprise (the most recent incident). The program installed and worked perfectly until recently for all users in question.Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?Thanks!Laura
