Viewing PDF docs when published to CD

Hello World...I've developed a course that includes a reference chapter from which the student can view/print a number of PDF documents by selecting them from a menu.The main menu is categorized by document type (forms, reading material, etc.) Clicking on the link in the main menu takes the user to a new page with the PDF's listed. Each PDF document listed includes a hyperlink to the launch the document. I'm using the launch program/document option in the hyperlink, I've selected "use attached file" and have specified the appropriate pdf. I've also added the PDF as an Attached File to the title.Everything works fine in the preview mode but when published to CD SOME users are only able to see the first file selected. After the first, no matter what other document they select in a given menu, they will always see the first one.If this was published to the web I would think it was a browser caching issue but it's published to CD. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this problem?Thank you!
