Video's not available

I'm trying to publish a Title as an Exe file. As an Exe file doesn't accept videos in streaming format I have converted them to AVI. However, now when I preview the Title I get this message above the video - 'Video not available: cannot find 'Vids:H264 decompressor'. The video files play as AVIs outside of Lectora with no errors.
