Video Won.t Play

Ok, I'm stumped and frustrated, and wondering why I ever decided to attempt this. My video in my lesson plays perfectly in preview mode, but will not play on my LMS. Also, its taking 3 HOURS to convert the mpg file to flv! This is a 9 MINUTE video! I'm using Inquisiq EX LMS server.
