Video show actions

I am currently having an issue with my feedback for a question.
I have a drag and drop question setup. if the user get it correct the correct feedback video is show and played with two actions. It works fine in Mozilla Firefox, but when i run it through IE the video is show but does not play. Almost like IE doesnt see the play action. Now when i set the video to auto start and run it in IE when the feedback is displayed(after the question is answered) it works fine. But in firefox now right when the screen appears the audio of the hidden feedback video is playing in the back ground.
has any one had similar issue with video actions not running in IE?
Any help would be appreciated.
