Video replay issue

Hi there, im in deep trouble as a funny error is effected in my project.

Im using Lectora Inspire 11, and in my project i have used MP4 video. When we play the video first time it plays fine, but the problem starts when i try to replay the same video, which wont start.

Can any please help me on this???

How do you replay it? What do you use to replay it? A controller or a button with an action?

Hi there, first of all I'm happy to confirm that the issue has been resolved. :D

Also, I replay the video using the native video controller as well as a button with play action on it.

What was the real issue?

I diagnosed the IE8 PC and found out the video replay issue was due to adobe flash player plugin installed in the PC.

The adobe flash player installed in the PC was version 15. So I degraded the version to 11, hence the video replay issue has been removed.

But, I just want to know whether the version 15 of adobe flash player is compatible or not with video playback, have you ever faced this issue???
