Video Quality and Format

What is the best video format to use in Lectora Inspire when publishing SCORM and posting to the CourseMill LMS? The videos we have in our current titles are subpar in quality. Looking for tips to greatly improve the quality of videos imported to our titles. The format one of our videos is available in is:

High Definition files:

MP4 1080p 10Mbps

MP4 720p 10Mbps

The best solution is to host your videos on YouTube (or an alternative like Vimeo) and embed them in your title. Then they are delivered from a super-fast CDN, using compression appropriate to user's bandwidth, in Flash or HTML5 format, automatically.
