My CC plugin fix code (search for: param name='FlashVars' ) and append
captions.state=false&dock=false
Unfortunately, you have to do this post-publish since Lectora doesn't have a way(that I've figured out) to add to the FlashVars in their Authoring environment.
What they really need to do is, update their player software to JW Player v6 from the deprecated LT v5.
