Video not playing

Apparently this problem had not been solved yet even with the 2008 ver SP2.Can someone actually assist on this matters?When the courseware is being published as SCORM, the videos does not play. The consultant advise that it might be Flash Player that is not updated but had tried and the version is already the latest.
