I like to use the tree-view version of the Table of Contents function in Lectora to build a dynamic "menu." However, I sometimes put chapters or pages within a title that I don't want users to be able to access until they have completed certain activities. What I would like to see is the ability to make the items in the TOC display based upon users meeting certain requirements, which would be signified by a variable. Here's an example of what I'm thinking.A title could have three chapters: A, B, and C. C is inaccessible until B is completed.at the end of chapter B, you set variable VAR-CHAP-B to "done".Then someone accesses the TOC:If VAR-CHAP-B equals "done", then chapter C is included in the TOC.If VAR-CHAP-B does not equal "done", chapter C is not inlcuded in the TOC.I imagine this could be done for menus as well.Edited By: smithmarkc on 2008-2-14 9:11:44
