I need to use events in audio files to control a complex sequence of images and actions, but we have Enterprise Edition, so I don't have the Lectora audio editor.
I read here that Windows Media File Editor can be used to insert events in the form of script commands. This works to the extent that when I bring the edited audio file into Lectora, I see the events that I added in Windows Media File Editor, and I can associate actions with those events. Those events and actions work fine when I'm previewing the page in Lectora, but the process does not survive the publishing process. I.e., publishing to SCORM or to html, viewed in Windows IE or Mac OS Safari, the events and actions fail to work.
I've also made a simple test course, with just one event and action, and it fails to work as well.
Details: In Windows Media File Editor, I'm using the "Script Command" button to create events. Under "Type," I'm selecting "Text." I'm creating Parameters with names like "onEvent1," "onEvent2," etc.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
