You could set up a timer to run on each page - see my Tips and Tricks Toolkit eProficiency.com.Modify it to start at 0 on and not be reset. After each second it would check and see of the specified time had elapsed. It would not count time it takes pages to load. I don't know how that would compare to the Lectora Test timer.
