Hi,This is do-able using forms.My suggestion would be to have an On Show action on each page in the course which sets the contents of a variable to that page number.Also on each page have a submit feedback button which takes you to the feedback form. You could populate a field in the form with the variable holding the page number (which would be the page they have come from, or are commenting on).Hope this helpsAndy
