How detailed is your CSS? Is it just controlling font, colors, etc., or is it controlling just about everything? If it is controlling basic elements then I say load the CSS file in Lectora as external html and choose CSS. If your CSS is very detailed, as in controlling your total layout then, it may be more trouble than it's worth because you will have trouble seeing the true look.
