What I just did was to make a special version for sme review. I made as many popups as possible visible on their original pages. You don't have to change the visibility - try printing a page and see.Then I created a few special pages where I had several popups on one page. The special pages had a heading saying "popups for previous page" and I put the text blocks on that page and arranged them so they could be seen. Took about 1 hour for a 50 page course with 4 special pages.Then I printed it to a PDF.The SME will give feedback on the PDF in text form and send that back to me.
