User friendly custom test results page

We are seeing the same issue, and our client is not happy about it, so a solution would be nice. In one of our tests a question was scored wrong in Lectora, so everyone got it wrong, but it did not appear on the results page, or so we thought. To see the question, you had to scroll way down, through a lot of white space. What's worse is that there is invisible text in those gaps, e.g., all the questions presented and the correct answers are displayed. All you have to do is click on the results page, press CTRL+A, and then copy and paste into another document.
