User Defined Bookmarks

I'm fairly new to Lectora and I'm trying to determine how to allow the users to add, view, and delete their own bookmarked pages within a module. We have accomplished this previously using an ASP script; however, the LMS we are delivering this project on forbids the use of ASP. Any ideas on how to incorporate this for a SCORM 1.2 course on the Learn.Com LMS?
