When you are in design mode, and you change an object's position within the layers using the "bring to front/send to back" commands, the object moves respectively to the bottom or top of the items within the navigation pane. However, if you designate that an item should be "always on top," it stays put within the navigation pane.I would like to suggest that:Upon selecting "always on top" for an object, it moves to the bottom of the nav pane to show that is on top of the other layers.Deselecting "always on top" would move the object in the nav pane so that it is "above" any other items that are always on top.Right-clicking on an object allows you to change the position of an object within the layers. I would like to be able to change "always on top" by right clicking on an object.
