Unused Media Removal

We all add unnecessary amounts of media to our projects, and more often then not, a lot of it doesn't make it into the final project. We either leave the media referenced in the software or do the good deed in removing reference by going to TOOLS / RESOURCES / UNUSED / REMOVAL ALL .

Can we please add to the software that after we do a remove from this resource window that it removes it from the ./media folder as well? I'd like to be able to keep my projects clean and tidy.

Another thing I just noticed... Why are TTS files and/or VTT text appearing in my Downloads folder in addition to the "media" folder for the course? Where are these files coming from? I thought I was generating this information solely within the authoring tool itself.

Another glitch: sometimes I'm unable to edit a previously generated TTS file. It just shows a blank screen.

Based on these two issues, maybe I should just go back to recording conventional voice narration.

Hey,

, can you also do this for CenarioVR? In CVR, you can't even manually remove media, they just remain associated with the scenario ... forever.

I second this, especially because editing Text-to-Speech audio files generates a new file each time. So if you're not careful, you can end up with a LOT of unused TTS files in your media folder and then have to manually go through and make sure you're deleting the correct ones -- no small task when the filenames are long strings of numbers. I do keep the Resources tab open for reference while I'm doing this, but it's still quite a bit of work.

Thank you for bring this to our attention. We have opened a ticket for dev
