Underscore in published HTML file names.
August 23, 2013 12:00 AM
A client's Web server will not allow upper case or underscore characters.
When a title is exported to HTML Lectora inserts an underscore in place of spaces in the .html file name. For example:
In Lectora:
Chapter Name
Page Green
Page Red
Page Blue
When published, the files are named:
"a001-Chapter_Name_Page_Green.html"
"a001-Chapter_Name_Page_Red.html"
"a001-Chapter_Name_Page_Blue.html"
Questions:
- Can I force Lectora not to use upper case characters, primarily for anything published?
- Is there is a way for Lectora to add a dash in place of underscore or no character at all in the .html file name or any file Lectora creates for that matter?
Thanks for any guidance!

The publish option solves the underscore problem! Thanks!
Any suggestions to force Lectora to publish in lower case?
Thanks!!!
Answer: no.
Solution: check use "short html names" box in publish options, your pages will be named "page23232.html" etc.
Real problem: badly configured server.
