Unanswered questions returning an "incorrect" report to SCORM

Hi.
I have a test that has 5 test sections with 3 questions and I am pulling 1 from each. I am using a custom page to show test section completion so I didn't use the lectora test ramdomization feature as it only allows next and back navigation. When I submit the test results to the LMS, the questions that were not answered were showing up as "incorrect" in the report. Anyone had the same issue?

That problem would be solved by using Lectoras randomization feature. May I ask what you're doing on that page to show section completion that you cannot do while using Lectora randomization?
