Two attempts at a test then locked out?

My Lectora title will have 12 tests. Each test can be taken twice. Passing score is 80% for each test. We want to be able to lock the learner out of a test after passing, or after failing twice. My questions are this:

1. Can you tell Lectora to ONLY pass test scores of 80% or higher to the LMS, but allow a score of under 80% to retest one more time?

2. Can you "lock out" a student from a test that was wither passed or failed twice?

Where and how would I set this up?
