Trouble Bringing Enterprise Files Into Inspire

My coworkers and I have been using Lectora Enterprise for writing content and Inspire for opening up the files and then adding media and publishing courses(since we don't all have Inspire licenses).
This process has been working fine until recently when I all of the sudden can't open Enterprise files through Inspire(says data is corrupted and to use a different version). I know that going from Inspire to Enterprise is incompatible, but this should be working the other way around as it has in the past.
Has anyone else had the same issue and figured out why this is occurring?

I answered my own question after posting this...in case anyone else runs into this, Version 11.3 does NOT support Enterprise files.
