Trouble Adding Image Saved as JPG in Photoshop

I'm in the process of resizing my images outside of Lectora in Photoshop.

I've saved an image in Photoshop as a jpg and then when I go to add it in Lectora, I receive this error message: "Unable to load image FILE NAME"

Please advise.
