In a search of Tips and Tricks (From Greg Moore; Flash Commands with Lectora), http://www.lectoralounge.com/forums/14/topics/7202 I found great suggestions that should help. First, you would place this code in your Flash file, import flash.external.ExternalInterface.call("action80"); where action80 is a Lectora button with the command to Close Window.
