JSB1: Before importing the RTF you want to open it wordpad (not word) and then resave it as an RTF. This should remove some bloat. But.... in all the languages I have translated you will still have a 500% increase in filesize depending on the language. This is because unicode requires more file space than english alone. Also something that big, you need to turn off auto-save. That will cause those issues about corrupt data when working over a network in my experience. Anything over 8MB on a network I work on locally, or I turn off autosave, and save on my own.ChrisE: This is because of the way lectora translates word RTFs on import. Do what I mentioned above and import the RTF to wordpad and then resave it as an RTF. Next reimport that. This should get a majority of those issues. Lectora 2008 has different issues than the previous versions.It wont get them all though. To get the rest here is how you manually fix it. Select the paragraph, then click on numbered bullet, then click on bullets, then click on indent to the left, then format as you wish.Doing this second way, I've gone through an entire 2 hour seat time course in 30 mins. You could copy and repaste into a new text box, but in my experience it is a lot longer process than the one I mentioned above.Edited By: Xithis on 2008-8-26 20:12:40
