Transitions Problems on Multiple Uses

.exe is totally different than HTML in browser. Try adding 2 temp buttons one that shows it and one that hides it. This will determine if the problem is in the TOC or the toggle visibility state.If you still have problems, make a viewable copy, maybe just that page, File menu > Export > zip and post to the Problems section in www.LectoraExchange.org for us to look at.
