Do you have Use Web Accessibility Settings enabled in Project Options? If you do, and you have text in the shape that might be causing the issue. I'm guessing that it's re-writing the html for the object to get the screen reader to read the text.
In any case you should
report it to support
since it shouldn't stop working.
