Update: Adding a delay action on a video file to show something else caused the HTML to crash! Not the transitions in the end.

I have come across a problem with transitions.
When there is a transition on the page and it contains a video, the entire page layout would become a mess and the video (and video controller itself and frame) doesn't even show.
When I remove the transition, everything displays properly.
It only shows the error when viewing in the LMS.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
