I have a license number for Lectora Entreprise. Most of my work is done on my desktop. However some time to time I have to go on the road and continue my development remotely.
With Captivate I can unregister my desktop computer and then register my laptop. Some communications between Adobe and my request takes place and I can proceed with the registration of my laptop. I reverse the process when I am back home.
I am leaving on April 20, and I would like issue to be resolve before I go.
Can someone advise on the process to follow. I guess it would be the same process when you computer crash or when you decide to buy a new computer and transfer all you programs to the other computer.
PLEASE HELP ME on that because I have deadlines to meet and cannot stop my development when I am on the road.
