Topclass LMS

We are attempting to upload our course to our LMS. We use Topclass and I saw in some of the threads that others have used this successfully. For some reason, when we drag and drop it in, nothing happens. I know that when you drop it in, it should start loading but nothing at all is going on. Any suggestions of things we may have overlooked?

Vague, I know, but anything will help at this point!!
