Tooltip Issue

I had created a button using ALT tag and set it initally invisibale. On click of other button this button become visible, when I take cursor of my mouse over it, tooltip appears. On click of this button I again change its status to invisible. Here the tooltip appears for some seconds before disappearing. Can I set the tooltip such that when the button goes into invisible state, the tooltip disappears at the same time?
