Tools to Review Courses

We are currently looking at RapidIntake's "Review" program as a means to permit SMEs to leave feedback on courses not yet published to our server.
Has anyone used this subscription service and, if so, what feedback can you give us on it?
Would anyone suggest a similar service we should consider?
