Hi - I am a new user and just published a new title to aicc and had it imported into the lms that we are using... some people seem to be able to run it yet I and others get an error message or the screen hangs -when we see the error message it has something to do with titlemanager not found and ...when I clicked that option to say Use Java v 2.... then it opens up an error message from the browser pointing to object titleMgr.setAICCParm(inputParm) as having errors. I also tried going to Jave site and down load JRE but still does not work -- Any ideas? Thanks
