Title bookmarks act strange based on office location

I have a Lectora title hosted on a LMS (10 chapters, each with a 5 minute Flash video). The title plays fine when launched at our headquarters building. However….when launched at our satellite facility (around 10 miles away) it runs fine except when closed prior to completion and then re-launched. When re-launched I get the usual message about do I want to start where I left off. I click yes and get a blank window (no error messages), then about 15 minutes later the bookmarked Flash begins playing.

I’m at a loss as to these long delays (only 3-5 secs. at HQ) for the bookmarks to begin playing. Our IT guy says it may have something to do with the fact that all internet traffic from the remote sites goes through the HQ building. However, something else must be happening since my Lectora titles are the only apps having problems…..

This is a strange one. My Lectora titles work fine from HQ and even my home (wireless RoadRunner)…

Anyone else run into this? Any possible SCORM tricks to try? (using Lectora and Inquisiq EX LMS)
