Tic Tac Toe - russian, arabic

I'm producing a course in 5 languages and the Tic Tack Toe is working fine in english, french and spanish but not i Russian and Arabic!

The text is there but doesn't show when previeing.

Is it possible to work around? /Without doing a flash outside and importing)

Any tips?
