Textbox scroll bar issue

Hello Sir,
We have developed the course in Lectora Version11.
We have checked the below link on Operating System Windows 7 and browser was Google Crome 30.00.
On page2, when we click on + (plus) button, the Vscroll bar is appearing on the screen. Actually this bar is the transcript window bar which is open on Transcript button.
This issue is facing on flash base screen, where we have use SWF files.
