Text to Overlay Flash Content?

Thanks Ben,I did this while I was playing around earlier with the files, and while I didn't have the graphic for the text block included, I got the text itself to overlay properly (but only by forcing it to always be on top), but the flash was not visible behind it, what WAS visible (and this wasn't very helpful) was the background image (which is set at the title level via the properties panel).Was I doing something wrong?
