I have found out that when published content is in protected mode the text input is not possible in IOS. How can I solve this?

I guess I'm a little lost. Are you publishing to SCORM, HTML, etc? What browser or device are you trying to view content in. By text input do you mean a survey text field?
Jennie, I was able to replicate the same error. We tested Entry Fields on iOS7 and iOS8. Haven't tested on iOS9 yet. We are not able to put the cursor in the entry field at all on these devices when Protect content is checked during publish. This occurred WITH the release of Lectora Publisher 12.1.4. I can confirm the Entry Fields were working prior on 12.1.3. Thanks, Heidi
Would you be able to provide me with a zipped copy of the course? If you're not comfortable posting it on the Community please feel free to email it to me and I'll pass it along (jennifer.valley@trivantis.com).
My course indludes very large size of videos and audios so you can try any entry field to an empty course page and just publish it with content protection and then try on IOS platform.
Kind regards

FYI, I sent this issue to Support with a copy of my Lectora file...
