To get rid of Times New Roman (default) showing up on other machines that have the Title selected font Veranda installed but not being displayed, I exported the XML, Did a Find and replace search to replace Times New Roman with Veranda. Saved the file. Imported the file as a new project and then saved the project. The Single file export now does not show Times New Roman. But Veranda.
