User guide is a separate PDF that comes on one of the CDs. I think it is initially on the install CD but not sure. I found mine after install in C:Program FilesTrivantisLectora Enterprise Edition and its name is Lectora_2006_User_Guide.pdf.Guides: File menu > Preferences > Grid/Guides tab. Check Snap to Guides. You can show them here. Or you can use the View menu.To Set guides: Show rulers (either from Preferences, the View menu, or Ctrl-E) and then click inside the ruler area and drag right or down to where you want it. After you let go, you have to hold the Ctrl key down and THEN click and drag the guide. I also turn on the X / Y position in the status bar (View menu > Status bar) so that I have a better idea where things are.Edited By: bpitman on 2006-8-16 16:43:50
