Testing LMS functionality

I'm working on a test course to test out what my LMS is capable of recording in its reporting tools (in beta), so the best way is to make a test course. The LMS runs SCORM 2004, so I've been trying to just start off simple with a text entry box where you input a score and hit submit. Keep going a few times, and then click and End button to set completion. This is to track how many times an assessment is attempted before a user finishes. Once this works, then I want to limit the amount of attempts to 2 or 3 tries (assuming the LMS can track multiple scores/attempts) and submit only the best score, and increase in complexity after that. Anyone have any suggestions on ways to do this?

I found this thread when I searched for help regarding the same errors that you mention:

The Sequencing Control Mode 'Control Choice' was detected on a leaf node, but is only applicable to cluster nodes.

The Sequencing Control Mode 'Flow' was detected on a leaf node, but is only applicable to cluster nodes.

Like you say, it is not causing any damage to my course, but it would be interesting to know how to get around them. Did you find a solution?

Getting same "Sequencing Control Mode 'Flow' was detected on a leaf node, but is only applicable to cluster nodes"... AND... "The Sequencing Control Mode 'Control Choice' was detected on a leaf node, but is only applicable to cluster nodes." Errors.

Has anyone found any solution to resolve this?:(
