Testing Lectora Courses Published for AICC

Have you tried both with Javascript and JAVA titlemanagers. Some AICC LMS's play nicely with one version and not the other. Also is there any cross domain redirector required?
Those are the only issues that I have run into while publishing to AICC for our clients.
