Test starts in preview mode but not in scorm

A course I built has been translated into Spanish. Users start the test in the course by clicking on an object (On click; Go to; Chapter, Section, Page; Test). The test launches in preview mode but not in cloud.scorm.com. Any ideas what is causing the problem?
