Test sections: Get section name? ASP

@Ludo] Ok, I can see what you mean. Perhaps you could arrange Lectora to communicate with ASP. You want to take care of this all with ASP script. However, I don't think that the script has access to chapter names. This can be solved by declaring variables for every chapter. Whenever that chapter is active, it sends an "1" to the ASP script. You could then program the ASP script to interpret (spelling?) the "1" you have send, as "Chapter one", a "2" as "Next chapter", a "2" as "Nice Heli!" and so forth(off course, names are fictional in this reply ) ).My experience with programming languages combined with lectora is not that great so I can't really tell you how to do just that. Hope you can figure that out by yourself, or perhaps someone else around here knows how![/QUOTE wrote:

Yes, I've though of adding a script in each chapter but then I've got the problem of getting all the people who will be making the test of doing it right. It should be easy to send the name of the section for a question if you can send the internal ID of an section. Can't it just exist a SectionNameX instead of a SectionX thats just returns a useless number :D
