I tried to recreate your issue by making a very small test program and could not get it to recreate what is happening for you when I publish to HTML. I have not tried publishing it to our LMS, which happens to be Coursemill though.I am using 2008 so that could make a difference. Have you tried taking out the randomization in one of your sections just to see what happens and if it does the same thing?
