A good check would be to also go into the results tab of the test proproperties and check the option to show show the test results at the end and to also show the correct answers.Now, after taking the test, the results box should come up and show you which questions were marked wrong and what the correct answer is set to be.Using this information, the questions can be revised/fixed and then remove the test results option.
